Hey everyone,
LIT is on its way... its been a slower going process then Convenience because the story is more involved. Right now I'm getting thoughts and ideas and words onto paper but hopefully by the final revisions we will have a deep and involved story on our hands.
This process is also slower because my personal life has been more hectic then normal. I wish I could move to a mountain cabin and be left alone for a week. I'd be finished by now if that were the case.
The last few weeks I've been working till 12AM each night trying to figure things out and revise each line of dialogue to have impact. It's been a little frustrating because I know the basic ending of the story but getting there has been interesting. I want the movie to move an audience all the way through making them wonder whats next. Sometimes I sit at the computer for 30 minutes suffering from lack of ideas on what road to take. Once I find a good one the process moves forward quickly until the next "Stuck point." This process also requires a lot of research online to make sure that the particular idea is even possible. Last thing I need is an awesome idea that gains "nay sayers" on the final product.
Hopefully things will come together and we can get the kinks worked through quickly and efficiently so that we can start filming as soon as it gets cooler.
I'll keep you updated as I go along.
